EMBRACING CHANGE: an international journey
Born to a French mother and a German father, my family encompasses five different nationalities. My French grandfather worked as a plantation director in Southern Vietnam until he escaped the war torn country in the early 1970ies. In a similar vein, my German grandfather fled his native Silesia in 1946 and never returned. Stories of migrating to a new country and, at times leaving everything behind, is part of my DNA.
I grew up in Germany, went to High School in the United States, attended university in France, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany, worked for American and German companies, served the United Nations as well as the US Senate, and got an Executive Master’s degree delving into the drivers of human behaviour & dynamics of organizations in Singapore. Along the way, I acquired intercultural skills and cross-border change expertise. While working in London and Zurich, Berlin and Frankfurt, Ramallah (West Bank) and Washington, D.C., I acquired an international client portfolio. I move to new countries the way some people might move to new cities.

From guiding Volkswagen through the aftermath of Dieselgate to assisting Deutsche Bank amidst reputation crises, I've navigated diverse transformations. My expertise extends to international contexts, including the Palestinian Shippers Council in Ramallah and ZeissMED's growth journey. With a keen eye for patterns and emotional intelligence honed through an Executive Master in Change Management and Coaching at INSEAD Singapore, I bring a unique perspective to every project.
